Last night, we achieved an important victory in the U.S. House of Representatives. By a vote of 243 to 183, nine Republicans joined with nearly every Democrat to pass an amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) that would block the Trump-Pence administration’s unconscionable transgender military ban.

While this bipartisan vote is a major victory, we still have a lot of work to do as we work to ensure the Senate also sends a powerful message of inclusion and support to all of our nation’s modern military families. But we can’t do it alone.

Right now, we need YOU to do two things:

1. Contact your Senators and tell them to support transgender service members and their families.
2. Donate to MMAA now and help fuel our fight for our modern military families.  It’s absolutely critical that we have your financial support as we work to make a difference on Capitol Hill and beyond.

With your help, we’ll win back the ability of all qualified patriots to serve this nation openly and authentically.
