Report LGBTQ+ or HIV Discrimination

A study published in The Journal of Traumatic Stress found that more than four-fifths of LGBTQ+ active-military respondents said they have been sexually harassed during their service. Among LGB servicemembers, 80.7% reported at least one instance of harassment and 83.9% of transgender servicemembers reported the same. A quarter of LGBTQ+ respondents claim they have been sexually assaulted: 25.7% of LGB and 30.4% of transgender servicemembers.

When you report discrimination, whether personally experienced or witnessed, it enables Modern Military to track and address concerns that arise within the worldwide U.S. military community and better support LGBTQ+ or HIV+ military members, veterans, and their families.
